How to make a keto fizz, a low-carb, high-fat drink that tastes just like an ice cream float. No sugar!


  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) full-fat coconut milk
  • 2 to 3  monk fruit drops 
  • 12 oz (355 ml) sparking water

1. Place the coconut milk in a tall glass and add the sweetener. Stir until combined before adding the chilled sparkling water.
